* About our Ajaruli Khachapuri You will receive the "cheese boat" ready to bake in the oven. You can then add an egg to mix in and cook with the cheese.
* About our Khinkali Khinkali are most delicious when eaten soon after cooking. We prepare ours fresh and freeze them overnight. You will receive them frozen, to cook in boiling water when you are ready, a very simple process. This way you will enjoy khinkali at their best.
